About this role

Overview

As a Product Specialist on our Guitar+ team, you'll help shape the products that musicians around the world rely on every day. You'll play a hands-on role in driving product and business initiatives across our Strings and Accessories lines, touching every stage of the product life cycle, from market research and product development to product information management, launch execution, sales enablement, and the customer-facing marketing that brings it all to life.

This is a highly cross-functional role with real visibility. You'll partner closely with product management, marketing, sales, operations, finance, engineering, customer service, and our artist and educator relations teams to bring innovative products to market and fuel our continued growth. If you're curious, collaborative, and excited to see your work in the hands of players everywhere, this is your stage.

This is a hybrid role. You'll work on-site in our Farmingdale, NY office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (and occasionally more often when the work calls for it). From time to time, you may also be asked to spend a day in our Brooklyn office. Expect domestic travel of roughly 10–20% for trade shows, customer meetings, and events, with occasional international travel depending on business needs — a chance to get out, meet our customers, and experience our products in the wild.

At D’Addario, we don’t just offer a job—we offer a career with one of the most iconic names in the music industry. We’re passionate about innovation, craftsmanship, and creating a workplace where diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and ideas thrive.  We’re eager to connect with individuals who bring fresh thinking and a collaborative spirit.
