Dreamtime Learning Online School is transforming education through innovative, learner-centric online programs. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Head of Admissions to lead our admissions function, drive student enrollments, and build a high-performing admissions team.
Role Overview
The Head of Admissions will be responsible for developing and executing admissions strategies to achieve enrollment targets. This role requires a strong background in B2C sales, team leadership, conversion optimization, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should have experience leading admissions or sales teams in the education, EdTech, or K-12 sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute admission strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team to maximize productivity and conversions.
Monitor and improve the complete admissions funnel—from lead generation to student enrollment.
Design and implement sales processes, SOPs, and performance metrics.
Analyze admissions data, conversion ratios, and sales reports to improve team performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with prospective parents and students, ensuring an exceptional counseling experience.
Handle escalations and resolve admission-related concerns professionally.
Forecast admissions numbers and prepare regular MIS reports for leadership.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for admissions counselors.
Ensure adherence to CRM processes and maintain accurate admissions records.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in student recruitment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
8–12 years of experience in B2C sales/admissions, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Prior experience in EdTech, Online Schools, K-12 Schools, or Higher Education is highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding admissions or sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, reporting, and forecasting skills.
