EMCO ist ein führender europäischer Hersteller von High-Tech-Werkzeugmaschinen für die zerspanende Industrie. An mehreren Produktionsstandorten in Österreich und Italien entwickelt und fertigt EMCO innovative Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen für anspruchsvolle industrielle Anwendungen. Zur weiteren Professionalisierung und Harmonisierung der Produktionsorganisation suchen wir eine erfahrene, durchsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit als Head of Group Production / Produktionschef (m/w) stationiert am Headquarter in Hallein bei Salzburg mit gruppenweiter Verantwortung.
In dieser Schlüsselposition verantworten Sie die standortübergreifende Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktion innerhalb der EMCO Group und berichten direkt an die Geschäftsleitung (COO). Sie stellen sicher, dass die Fertigung an 3 Standorten termingerecht, kosteneffizient, qualitätskonform und nach Lean-Prinzipien erfolgt.
Ihr Aufgabenbereich
- Gesamtverantwortung fĂĽr die Produktion ĂĽber mehrere Standorte (Ă–sterreich und Italien)
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsorganisation inkl. Produktionsplanung, Montage, Logistik, Instandhaltung und produktionsnahem Gebäudemanagement
- Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von Prozessen, Kennzahlen und Steuerungslogiken ĂĽber alle Werke
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue, Kostenkontrolle und Arbeitssicherheit
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Lean Manufacturing und Operational-Excellence-Ansätzen (z. B. KVP, Shopfloor Management, Wertstrom, 5S)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Einkauf, Qualität, Supply Chain und Projektmanagement
- Verantwortung fĂĽr Produktionsbudget, Investitionsplanung und Kostenoptimierung
- Aufbau leistungsstarker Führungsteams sowie Förderung einer Kultur von Ownership und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
Ihre Qualifikation
- Technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder vergleichbarer Hintergrund
- Mehrjährige, idealerweise langjährige Erfahrung im Maschinenbau/Assemblierung/Produktion
- Erfahrung in der Leitung größerer Organisationen, vorzugsweise standortübergreifend
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Produktionsplanung, Montageprozessen, Kennzahlen- und Kostensteuerung
- Praxis in Lean / Operational Excellence und strukturierter Problemlösung
- Ausgeprägte Führungspersönlichkeit mit Umsetzungsstärke und strategischem Blick
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie Reisebereitschaft zwischen den Standorten
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse; Italienisch von Vorteil
- Great to have: Erfahrung im Werkzeugmaschinenbau oder CNC-nahen Produktionsumfeldern
