About this role
Für eine international aufgestellte Industriegruppe mit mehreren Produktionsstandorten in Europa suchen wir eine strategisch geprägte, führungsstarke Persönlichkeit zur Gesamtverantwortung des Einkaufs am Standort in Salzburg.
In dieser Schlüsselposition verantworten Sie das Purchasing mit direkter Berichtslinie an das Top-Management. Sie prägen maßgeblich Kostenstruktur, Lieferfähigkeit und Wettbewerbsstärke der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung fĂĽr den Einkauf
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Einkaufsstrategie
- FĂĽhrung, Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung der Einkaufsorganisation
- Strategischer Einkauf, Warengruppen- und Lieferantenmanagement auf internationaler Ebene
- Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen und Konditionen
- Steuerung von Kosten-, Einspar- und Wertsteigerungsprogrammen (u. a. TCO, Design-to-Cost)
- Sicherstellung der MaterialverfĂĽgbarkeit und enge Abstimmung mit Produktion, Entwicklung und Logistik
- Aufbau einheitlicher Prozesse, KPI- und Reportingstrukturen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (FH/Uni), idealerweise mit technischem Hintergrund
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, bevorzugt im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Führung größerer, internationaler Teams
- Sehr gutes Verständnis technischer Produkte, Stücklisten und Fertigungsprozesse
- Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke, analytisches Denken und unternehmerischer Zugang
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und Reisebereitschaft
