We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HRIS) Analyst to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employee records.


The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with HR software and tools.


Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The HRIS Analyst will play a key role in supporting and optimizing the employee lifecycle through efficient HR operations and systems management. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, administering HR processes, managing HRIS configurations, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and adept at leveraging technology to improve HR efficiency.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Support the administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, including new hire onboarding, HR system updates, and termination processes.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee data management across the HRIS platform.


HRIS Administration & Process Optimization

  • Maintain, update, and audit employee records across the HRIS platform.
  • Build and maintain workflows, approval chains, and policies in the HRIS system.
  • Integrate and configure HRIS modules, including testing, upgrades, and new feature implementations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and improved system utilization.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports for leadership and the HR team.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies, HR standards, and legal regulations.
  • Maintain user documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes and system use.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure data integrity and alignment with business needs.
  • Support internal HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee experience.


PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Experience
    • 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS management, or a similar role.
    • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms preferred (e.g., BambooHR, DarwinBox, Zoho People, Rippling, Workday etc).
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel or similar reporting tools; familiarity with HR analytics preferred.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
