About this role
Unser Auftraggeber ist ein erfolgreiches Handels- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit langjähriger Marktpräsenz und hoher Reputation in seinem Segment. Derzeit suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung des kaufmännischen Teams.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Durchführung der Personalverrechnung
- Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Erstellung von Dienstverträgen, Vereinbarungen und HR-Dokumenten
- Betreuung von Ein- und Austritten sowie administrativen Personalprozessen
- Erstellung und Abstimmung von Personalrückstellungen (Urlaub, Abfertigung, Jubiläen etc.)
- Laufende Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Mitarbeit bei der Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-Prozesse
- Je nach Interesse und Qualifikation Unterstützung bei einfachen buchhalterischen Tätigkeiten
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Personalverrechnung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung oder Personaladministration
- Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
- Erfahrung mit BMD oder vergleichbaren Systemen von Vorteil
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Serviceorientierung, Diskretion und Teamfähigkeit
