What You’ll Do:

· Maintain customer relationships, seek referrals, and build your own pipeline.

· Document your sales in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.

· Coordinate with install crews, support staff, and managers to keep jobs running smooth.

· Join regular sales and tech training meetings to sharpen your edge.

· Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.

What You’ll Bring:

· 2+ years of sales experience.

· 1+ years of residential HVAC experience (preferred).

· Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.

· Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
