We're looking for an organised, detail-oriented Immigration Analyst to join our global mobility team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent graduate who wants to build a career in global mobility, immigration, or HR operations. You'll support our case managers by handling the administrative backbone of immigration cases.

What You'll Do
Enter and maintain accurate case data across our case management systems and trackers
Prepare, organise, and file supporting documentation for immigration applications (permits, visas, work authorisations)
Track case timelines and deadlines, flagging anything at risk of slipping to the relevant case manager
Support billing processes: preparing invoices, tracking billable time/expenses, and following up on outstanding items
Draft and send routine, templated client correspondence (status updates, document requests) under guidance from case managers
Maintain organised digital case files, ensuring documents are correctly labelled, stored, and easy to retrieve
Assist with compiling submission packages and checking documents against checklists for completeness
Support ad hoc administrative tasks for the wider immigration/global mobility team as needed
Help identify opportunities to streamline repetitive admin tasks and improve internal processes
What You'll Need
A university degree (any discipline welcome)
Genuine interest in immigration, HR, or global mobility
Excellent attention to detail; comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured checklists
Strong written English, able to follow a template and adapt it appropriately
Organised and able to juggle multiple ongoing cases without losing track of deadlines
Comfortable with standard office software (Excel/Google Sheets, email, document management tools) and confident picking up new tools, including AI-assisted tools, to work more efficiently
A proactive, "no task too small" attitude, this role is foundational to how the team functions
Discretion when handling confidential personal and employment data
Nice to Have (not required)
Experience with any CRM, case management, or billing software
A second language
What You'll Gain
Hands-on training in global immigration and mobility processes across multiple countries
Direct exposure to how international employment cases actually get resolved
A clear growth path toward Case Coordinator / Immigration Specialist roles as you build experience
