Job Description

As an Inbound Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving go-to-market strategies, optimizing monetization, and enhancing user journeys for Wix's incredible suite of products. You'll collaborate closely with product teams to ensure effective communication and impactful user experiences.  

In your day-to-day, you will:  

• Partner with product teams to create go-to-market strategies for product releases across multiple channels, including email campaigns, in-product updates, newsletters, social media, and community updates  
• Own daily monetization performance by analyzing data to optimize product funnels and drive data-informed monetization decisions throughout the user journey  
• Lead creative strategy and propose A/B tests to improve conversion, ensuring alignment with business KPIs and full ownership of content and design within each creative  
• Identify and implement new monetization initiatives and opportunities across the funnel  
• Collaborate with product teams to optimize in-product user journeys and improve conversion touchpoints  
• Own the conversion and optimization layer of product launches, guiding users effectively toward becoming professional (paying) customers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product growth  
• Proactive and driven, with a deep passion for data, products, UX/UI, branding, and user experience  
• Strong creative skills, including expertise in messaging, and the ability to collaborate effectively with content and design teams  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment  
• In-depth understanding of product development processes, with strong alignment skills between product and communication teams  
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a creative mindset for delivering impactful user communications
