We are seeking applications for the position of Industrial Sector Expert for development of Employment Zones.

Missions/Main Duties

 
  • Conduct industrial sector assessments, market studies, and economic analyses to identify potential growth sectors.
  • Develop strategies for industrial development, cluster formation, and sector-specific investment promotion.
  • Provide inputs for planning and development of industrial infrastructure, industrial parks, logistics facilities, and support ecosystems.
  • Review industrial infrastructure requirements, utilities planning, and operational frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment of industrial development strategies with regional and urban planning frameworks.
  • Provide inputs for land-use planning, industrial zoning, infrastructure integration, and sustainable development.

 

Profile/Skills

  • Post-graduation in relevant domain from a reputed college.
  • Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting assignments related to the industrial sector.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Industrial Development Projects
    • Industrial Infrastructure Planning
    • Industrial Parks / Industrial Estates
    • Manufacturing Ecosystem Development
    • Regional Planning
    • Urban Planning
    • Project Management
    • Investment Promotion and Industrial Policy
