About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer partnerships, campaign management, brand collaborations, and performance tracking. This role will be responsible for developing influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), and emerging social media platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage influencer partnerships for product launches, brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Establish campaign goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.

Influencer Relations & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, agencies, and talent managers.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers that align with the brand’s target audience and values.
  • Lead negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements with influencers and agencies.
  • Manage long-term influencer relationships to maximize brand advocacy and campaign effectiveness.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the influencer marketing team, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Performance Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, Product, and Brand teams.
  • Guide content creation strategies to ensure influencer-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts for seamless campaign execution.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, ROI, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Generate detailed campaign reports and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Continuously optimize influencer selection, content strategy, and campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithms, influencer trends, and industry best practices.

Budget & Compliance Management

  • Manage influencer marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Track campaign expenditures and maximize return on investment.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising regulations, platform policies, FTC guidelines, and brand standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting of influencer contracts and payments.
