IT Operations and End User Support

What You Can Expect

• Provide L2/L3 deskside and remote support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Manage end-to-end IT onboarding, including provisioning, MDM enrollment, software configuration, and access validation.
• Manage the hardware asset lifecycle, including inventory, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Execute IMAC activities while maintaining defined SLAs.
• Coordinate IT procurement for accessories, peripherals, and consumables.
• Operate and maintain Zoom Rooms, video conferencing systems, video walls, and hybrid meeting infrastructure.
• Administer Zoom Rooms, including firmware updates, room profiles, and scheduling integration.
• Perform preventive maintenance and AV health checks.
• Manage AV incident response, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and documentation.
• Support AV requirements for town halls, executive meetings, and customer visits.
• Maintain AV documentation, runbooks, and escalation procedures.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:
• 4–8 years of on-site IT support in a GCC, MNC product company, or R&D environment.
• Experience administering Zoom Rooms and enterprise AV hardware (Neat, Logitech, Poly, or equivalent).
• Windows endpoint administration including OS provisioning, Intune or JAMF, hardware troubleshooting, and software deployment.
• Strong macOS support experience.
• Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools, including SLA ownership and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:
• JAMF administration (policies, smart groups, scope management).
• Zoom Phone or Unified Communications administration.
• CrowdStrike, Intune Compliance Policies, or BeyondTrust EPM experience.
