IWC Boutique Supervisor

The IWC Boutique Supervisor is responsible for supporting boutique management in supervising a team of Exceptional Client Advisors to deliver stellar client experience, execute daily store operations as well as achieve boutique and personal sales targets. If you are passionate towards networking, acting as an ambassador of IWC at all times, hosting clients with their satisfaction being your utmost goal. Then this role is for you!

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

• Achieve targets together as a team while driving the Boutique team to commercial success

• Lead in your role, ensuring smooth operations, aiding Boutique Management as well as achieving sales targets

• Build long term relationship with clients by creating exceptional and lasting client experiences 

• Be the Brand Ambassador of IWC Schaffhausen by sharing your know-how techniques and knowledge widely

• Find ever new and creative means to exceed clients’ expectations

 
 HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

• Maintain strong client management knowledge with 2-5 years of experience in building effective relationship between you and clients 

• Together with your exceptional communication and sales skills, you also thrive under pressure and able to work well with the team 

• You have a positive mindset and inspiring attitude

• You are willing to go the above and beyond for the boutique's performance
