• Do you have proven leadership experience in contact center management and/or in the relevant luxury business fields?
• Do you have in-depth sales acumen and obsession to the perfect client service?
• Do you have excellent communication skills with the ability to be persuasive, engaging and motivating with others?
• Do you have native Japanese & business level English?

What are we expecting from you?

In a growing and dynamic context of the CRC (Client Relations Center), the CRC Assistant Manager ensures the management of the daily calls and operations, forward selling and Clienteling to deliver the highest quality of client service .

• You will follow team’s performance, KPIs, and manage follow up actions with Ambassadors.
• You will develop Clienteling plan with Ambassadors and follow-up clients all along their journey both online and offline with the Maison to deliver the best possible client experience.
• You will answering Ambassador’s questions, provide coaching (1-to-1 meetings, feedback, role play…) and develop the team in collaboration with the training team.
• You will handle and solve escalated issues in close coordination with Operations, Client Development teams and boutiques.
