- Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and best practices in financial management.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- MBA in Finance or CA qualified
- Proven experience in a similar senior finance role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
