As the product owner, your ultimate goal is to drive market penetration, nurture specialized client accounts, and rapidly deliver technical-commercial proposals for customized derived demands. Key Responsibilities

• Product Line Ownership & Roadmap: Manage the lifecycle and strategy for advanced industrial HMI portfolios, focusing on rugged, stainless steel, IP-rated, and hazardous-location computing systems.
• Vertical Market Penetration: Actively promote specialized products to target vertical markets (Food & Beverage, Pharma, Chemical, Packaging Industries); analyze industry-specific pain points to create compelling value propositions.
• Rapid Customization & Proposal Engineering: Serve as the primary consultant for global key accounts; analyze customized or derived customer requirements and rapidly turn them into viable technical-commercial proposals (ODM/OEM solutions).
• NPI & Cross-functional Coordination: Lead the NPI process for new product variants, collaborating closely with R&D, validation, operations, and regulatory teams to ensure quick time-to-market.
• Market Insight & Domain Mastery: Quickly absorb domain knowledge regarding specialized industry regulations, standard modifications, and competitors' moves to continuously optimize product positioning.

Qualifications (Requirements & Preferences)

【Must-Have Requirements】

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of product management, product engineering, or technical business development (BD) experience.
• Vertical Market Success Track Record: Experience managing products in B2B tech sectors with high entry barriers and specialized compliance needs (e.g., Industrial PC/Automation, IIoT, Embedded Systems, Medical Devices, Automotive, Aerospace, or Ruggedized Electronics).
• Strategic Domain Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn a new, highly technical industry, decode its unique ecosystem (such as hygienic design or hazardous environment rules), and speak the customer's language.
• Proposal & Solution Pitching: Strong capability to interface with global customers, grasp domain-specific pain points, and quickly articulate/present technical-commercial proposals.
• NPI & Project Management: Hands-on experience leading the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process, especially for customized variants, derived products, or OEM/ODM projects.
• Global Communication: Professional working proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required for daily technical and commercial collaboration with global partners.

【Nice-to-Have / Highly Preferred】

• Direct experience in the Industrial Automation, Industrial PC (IPC), or Industrial HMI sectors.
• Familiarity with specialized certifications (e.g., ATEX, IECEx, UL, IP69K/IP65 washdown standards) or experience dealing with harsh/regulated environments.
• Prior experience working with global machinery builders (OEMs/ODMs) or system integrators (SIs).
