La figura ricercata verrà inserita all'interno dell'Ufficio Controllo di Gestione – Area Industriale.
All’interno dell’Area, ricadono le seguenti responsabilità:
- definizione dei costi industriali e dei prezzi medi di vendita di budget per ciascuna collezione dei brand;
- previsione e consuntivazione del costo del campionario, presidiando l'analisi degli scostamenti tra valore di budget e dato actual;
- elaborazione e monitoraggio del P&L di stagione nelle fasi di budgeting e forecasting;
- calcolo del prezzo di vendita e del relativo ricarico per singolo modello, con contestuale monitoraggio della marginalità;
- monitoraggio del P&L di collezione e della relativa marginalità durante l'avanzamento delle vendite;
- analisi di profittabilità e marginalità specifica per cliente, singole collezioni, o progetti commerciali;
- pianificazione del budget e analisi degli scostamenti degli investimenti nelle aree comunicazione, marketing e progettazione/stile;
- elaborazione simulazioni e piani strategici industriali.
Qualifications
- Laurea in Economia/Ingegneria Gestionale
- Minima esperienza maturata in ruoli analoghi
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (target B2)
- Attenzione e cura del dettaglio
- Capacità Analitica e Sintesi (al fine della reportistica)
- Relazione e Teamwork
- Gestione dello Stress
- Curiosità e attitudine a comprendere le dinamiche del settore Fashion (tendenze, stagionalità, mercati globali) oltre il semplice dato numerico
- Proattività
