Key Responsibilities;
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Serve as the primary, go-to point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Understand client goals, business needs, and pain points to propose tailored solutions.
- Prevent client attrition and protect accounts from competitors.
Sales & Contract Operations
- Negotiate, and implement proposals for contracts and agreements.
- Identify organic growth opportunities, cross-selling, and up-selling within existing portfolios.
- Develop strategic account plans and forecasts to hit revenue targets.
- Monitor account billing accuracy, receivables, and timely payments.
Internal Coordination & Support
- Bridge communication between key clients and internal departments (sales, logistics, marketing, finance).
- Ensure goods and services are delivered correctly and on schedule.
- Resolve client complaints and disputes quickly and professionally.
- Track and analyze customer metrics, data trends, and performance scorecards.
