  • Use data and insights to make recommendations that increase participation, strengthen capability development, and improve organisational performance.
  • Manage subcontractor training requirements, including safety certifications and installation and maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with learning governance, mandatory training requirements, and relevant regulatory standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Organisational Development, or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in Learning & Development, with strong experience in learning deployment, facilitation, and program management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience delivering leadership development, sales capability, digital skills, or early careers programs.
  • Outstanding facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with attention to detail and operational excellence.
  • Experience working within complex, matrixed, or multinational environments.
  • A passion for learning innovation, digital learning technologies, and the application of AI to enhance workforce capability and performance.
