Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Mixlab, a fast-growing veterinary pharmacy, is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager , to help scale our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) growth engine. Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional care for animals and those who care for them through personalized products and exceptional experiences. As we scale our pet parent audience, we’re investing in the infrastructure to turn new customers into loyal, long-term ones. This role owns Mixlab’s lifecycle and retention marketing end-to-end — from journey strategy and automation builds in Iterable, to the email and SMS campaigns that keep pet parents engaged between purchases. You’ll be working on a channel that has high potential, which means real ownership and real impact from day one. This is a hands-on, execution-forward role. We’re looking for someone who has actually built lifecycle programs and who is as comfortable in a campaign builder as they are writing a subject line.   ****** MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES******
