Job Description

Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous safety improvement initiatives.
• Plan maintenance work to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure maintenance activities support product quality, GMP requirements, and manufacturing standards.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities, inspections, calibrations, and equipment servicing.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Maintenance Planning & Reliability

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimize production downtime.
• Analyze breakdown data and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and resources required for maintenance activities.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive maintenance improvement initiatives through Planned Maintenance and Breakdown Elimination methodologies.
• Utilize maintenance and Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) tools to improve equipment performance.
• Support plant projects and operational excellence initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure effective maintenance execution.
• Support knowledge sharing, operator development, and autonomous maintenance activities.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Good command of English communication.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or Manufacturing Maintenance.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Preventive Maintenance (PM), Planned Maintenance, and Breakdown Analysis.
• Experience using SAP PM or other maintenance management systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of TPM or Continuous Improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
