As a Team Leader Maintenance, you maintain a visible presence on the shop floor and ensure that maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality standards.
You lead the daily maintenance operations, prioritize work activities, and ensure that technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively. In this role, you serve as the primary point of contact for both Maintenance and Production, fostering effective collaboration between the two departments.
In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you play a key role in continuously improving processes, increasing the technical reliability of equipment and installations, and further developing the maintenance team.
