About this role
FUNCTIONS
· Directly reporting to your respective pool manager / scheduler or MPO
· Verification of documents- Form AE-MHR 03. Prepare all joining papers and
complete all documentation for all personnel joining the vessel. Ensure prompt update of computer data, scanned documents and
personal files. (AE-MHR 6.5)
· Raise Requisition to vendors for Medical & PPE to seafarers
· Dispatch mail to vessels and maintain record of all mail dispatch. Connect flag state certificates to the vessel.
· Verification of daily update of computer data for officers or ratings, joining, signing off and reporting back
· Follow up for full term Flag state license, till delivery to vessel / individual. Process documentation for relevant flag state, proof of application · Completion of Pre-departure checks (AEI MHR 17) and Seafarer’s claims (AE-MHR 36). · Work as back up of MPO and take over MPO’s tasks as and when needed · · Prepare letters for pass
