Marketing Manager (JB5037)
Randburg
R50 000 – R80 000 per month

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Randburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Previous experience within academic, education, training or similar
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media, and content marketing.
• Manage and coordinate marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts to drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute events, partnerships, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve key performance indicators.
