Your Day to day
As a Marketing Program Manager, you will be working on:
Design and manage AI-powered creative workflows that automate intake, prioritization, routing, and tracking of requests.
Configure and improve AI tools, prompts, automation rules, and workflow logic based on performance data and team feedback.
Lead day-to-day project management by coordinating timelines, priorities, workloads, and stakeholder communication across creative projects.
Facilitate team standups, identify risks or blockers, and communicate changes and impacts clearly.
Ensure AI-assisted creative outputs meet brand, quality, and accessibility standards through defined review and approval processes.
Track workflow performance metrics to improve efficiency, turnaround times, and team operations.
Build and maintain scalable resources, including prompt libraries, SOPs, and workflow documentation.
Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate cases requiring human review.
Integrate AI workflows with project management and content systems such as Asana, DAM, and SharePoint.
Partner cross-functionally to align creative operations, AI processes, and business goals while maintaining clear, inclusive communication with stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
As a Marketing Program Manager, your background will look like
6 Months Contract
2–3 years of experience in project, program, or operations management supporting marketing or creative initiatives.
Experience working with AI-assisted tools, automation platforms, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
Familiarity with workflow and project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Wrike.
Ability to support and improve AI workflows, including prompt writing, automation setup, and troubleshooting.
Data-informed approach to evaluating performance and identifying process improvements.
Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with the ability to collaborate, communicate, and write in a professional environment
