Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Manage client relationships: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and translating them into effective social media strategies.
- Manage social media accounts: Oversee day-to-day content planning, publishing, and community engagement across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate campaigns: Work closely with internal teams (design, content, brand) to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns.
- Stay on trend: Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
- Support brand storytelling: Help clients build authentic, engaging narratives that resonate with their target audiences.
- Report on impact: Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, engagement metrics, and content performance.
Qualifications
What you will bring
- Experience in client-facing roles and account management, ideally within a digital or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of organic social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.
