What We're Researching

We're running a paid study on commercial structures and salesforce configurations within the MedTech sector. This research feeds directly into an industry-wide analysis of how organizations optimize their marketing and sales investments. Understanding these structural choices helps us identify trends in resource allocation across the market.

How It Works

You will complete a 15-30-minute remote survey regarding your organization's commercial setup. The questions will guide you through your current salesforce structure, team configurations, and high-level marketing spend. You will be asked to reflect on how these investments align with your overall commercial strategy. The entire task is asynchronous and can be completed on your own schedule.

Who This Is For
