We have a presence across major retailers in the US and around the world; our products cater to modern parents, leading education providers, creative enthusiasts, prosumers and kitchen enthusiasts. Additionally, we have developed a strong pipeline of future products that will add new verticals and further broaden our customer base over the coming years.

We are seeking a Merchandiser to support the successful execution of retail programs by partnering with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept through shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage retail customer programs from quotation and item setup through production, shipment, and delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Support the execution of global retail programs, primarily for Walmart and other North American retailers.
• Monitor production schedules, key milestones, and product readiness to meet customer launch timelines.
• Coordinate product testing, inspections, certifications, and compliance requirements with Quality Assurance and Compliance teams.
• Ensure product specifications, packaging, labeling, and documentation meet customer and retailer requirements.
• Coordinate shipments and monitor delivery schedules in accordance with retailer routing requirements.
• Maintain accurate product information, compliance records, and customer documentation.
• Participate in meetings with overseas customers outside normal business hours and travel as required.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail merchandising or retail operations, supporting direct import or global sourcing retail programs.
• Experience working with retailer vendor systems such as Retail Link, Google Suite, ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) etc.
• Strong understanding of retail packaging requirements, compliance documentation, and operational standards.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.  
• Mandarin and Cantonese language proficiency are required (written and verbal)
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Background in consumer products, toys, electronics, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience with handling big US/ EU retailer accounts is preferred.
