Job Description:
Funciones esenciales del puesto:
• Ofrecer apoyo técnico básico en servicios de infraestructura, prestando asistencia en tareas rutinarias.
• Ayudar en proyectos y asignaciones de infraestructura.
• Participar en la monitorización básica y la resolución rutinaria de problemas de los sistemas de infraestructura.
• Colaborar con los miembros del equipo para abordar los desafíos de infraestructura y las tareas operativas diarias.
• Apoyar la creación y el mantenimiento de documentación de infraestructuras.
• Desarrollar y mejorar habilidades técnicas mediante la experiencia en el puesto de trabajo.
• Demostrar interés por aprender y adquirir experiencia en servicios de infraestructura.
• Seguir las mejores prácticas y estándares establecidos en la prestación de servicios de infraestructura.
Cualificaciones básicas:
• Licenciatura en un campo relevante o combinación equivalente de formación y experiencia
• Normalmente, 1+ años de experiencia
laboral relevante• Experiencia demostrada en análisis
de infraestructuras y tecnologías• Competencias en análisis de datos y conocimientos
técnicos• Un aprendiz continuo que se mantiene al día con el conocimiento
y la tecnología del sector Otras cualificaciones:
• Un título avanzado en un campo relevante es un plus
• Certificaciones relevantes, como CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals o Google Cloud Associate, son un plus
