Graphic Designer Role: Graphic Designer
Experience: 2 + Years Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating engaging motion graphics and video creatives for digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong agency background who understands how to create conversion-focused creatives that drive campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and video creatives for paid digital campaigns.
- Create engaging ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, YouTube, Reels, Stories, and Shorts.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Media Buying teams to develop campaign-specific creatives.
- Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Edit videos, animate graphics, and deliver platform-specific assets within defined timelines.
- Optimize creatives based on campaign objectives and performance insights while maintaining brand consistency.
Required Skills
Mandatory
- 2–4 years of Motion Graphics experience.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Advertising Agency.
- Strong expertise in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of :
- Motion Graphics
- Video Editing
- 2D Animation
- Kinetic Typography
- Performance Marketing Creatives
- A/B Testing
- Conversion-focused Creative Development
Preferred
- Experience working on D2C, E-commerce, Lead Generation, or App Promotion campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
- Knowledge of platform-specific creative specifications and best practices.
