We are excited to welcome you to be considered for our upcoming CNA class and the opportunity to join our team of dedicated, supportive Nurses and CNAs at Willow Valley Communities. This is your chance to serve alongside compassionate professionals while building a strong foundation for your career in Skilled Nursing. Program Schedule & Attendance Expectations
Dependability is essential in a nursing career, which is why perfect attendance is required for this course.
General Orientation
- 09/14/2026: 9:00am – 12:00pm
- 09/16/2026: 8:00am – 4:45pm
Nursing Assistant Training
- 09/17/2026 – 10/08/2026
- 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
After Graduation
Upon successful completion of the program, you will officially join the Willow Valley Communities Team and begin training on the nursing unit for which you were hired. You will continue working in this role until you sit for your State Certification Exam. Once you pass, you will become a Certified Nursing Assistant on staff at Willow Valley Communities.
Employment Commitment
All candidates considered for the class must be willing to work:
- Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum of 24 hours per week)
- POOL and PRN candidates are not accepted for this class
Shift Availability
Shift times and current availability include:
- 6:30am – 3:00pm (Day Shift – Limited Availability)
- 2:30pm – 11:00pm (Evening Shift)
- 10:30pm – 7:00am (Night Shift)
