Position Summary
The O9 Functional Consultant will support the implementation, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support of the O9 Digital platform for supply chain planning. This role will work with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements, translate them into O9 configurations, and ensure the solution meets demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and integrated business planning (IBP) needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand supply chain planning requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Configure O9 platform features, including attribute hierarchies, granularity settings, aggregation logic, measures, and data flows.
- Design and configure planning workflows for demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and IBP.
- Customize reports, dashboards, and visualizations using O9’s design layout and reporting tools.
- Validate data loads, data transformations, and end-to-end data flows from source systems to O9 UI outputs.
- Support testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, data validation, and scenario testing.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, debug configurations, and resolve planning-related defects.
- Document functional designs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and operational procedures.
- Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, data engineers, and project managers to ensure solution quality and timeliness.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, or IBP.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the O9 platform (functional configuration, planning workflows, reporting).
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including forecasting, demand sensing, supply optimization, inventory policies, and capacity planning.
- Experience with data modeling concepts such as attribute hierarchies, measures, granularity, and aggregation logic.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve configuration issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in an offshore delivery model with US or global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, CPG, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
- Experience with other planning platforms (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle SCP, JDA, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis).
- O9 certification or formal training in O9 Solutions.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, data analytics, and visualization tools.
