About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and execution-oriented Partnerships Operations Manager to work closely with the Head of Partnerships and support the execution and growth of partnerships across corporates, government institutions, PSUs, educational institutions, healthcare organisations, and other strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and campaigns.
- Manage partner onboarding, communication, deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned partners and build strong relationships.
- Maintain partnership trackers, databases, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Support research, lead generation, outreach, proposals, presentations, and partner meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Brand, Marketing, Growth, Content, Technology, Operations, and Customer Support.
- Support the execution of large-scale wellness and yoga programs across organisations and communities.
- Identify execution gaps and proactively ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Be willing to travel for partner meetings, events, and on-ground partnership activities as required.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work independently.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel, presentations, CRM tools, and basic data analysis.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a bias for execution.
- Willingness to travel as required for partner meetings and events.
