Simply is hiring a hands-on Marketing Designer to create high-impact creative that drives measurable business results across acquisition channels, while maintaining strong visual quality.
What you’ll do:
- Design performance assets at high velocity
- Iterate designs based on funnel metrics (CTR, conversion, opt-in, MO, RP).
- Partner with Growth, PMM and Product to turn insights into winning designs
- Support cross-org visual needs (campaigns, internal decks, board, funding data visualization)
What we’re looking for:
- Strong visual craft and portfolio quality
- Proven performance marketing design experience (beyond brand-only work)
- 3+ years of experience from product-focused tech company- Must
- Understanding of outcome-based creative testing and iteration
- Ability to execute fast under shifting priorities
- Strong cross-functional collaboration.
- High ownership and execution mindset.
- Visual communication degree
Nice to have:
- Experience in subscription apps, edtech, or growth-stage B2C
- Experience and passion in building and designing with AI
- Motion design capabilities
- Comfort with data visualization for business-facing materials
