Job Description

At Abano Healthcare, we're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy across our trusted brands - Maven Dental, 1300SMILES and Lumino.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own paid search, paid social and performance marketing initiatives, driving patient acquisition, increasing treatment bookings and delivering measurable commercial results. You'll play a key role in building our in-house paid social capability while continually optimising campaigns, customer journeys and conversion performance.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta and other performance channels.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns to drive patient acquisition and treatment demand.
• Analyse campaign performance, optimise budgets and improve ROI, CPA and conversion rates.
• Lead creative testing, audience strategy and landing page optimisation.
• Partner with Digital, Analytics, CRM, SEO and Operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Support local practice marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
• Deliver regular reporting and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience

• 5+ years experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or digital acquisition.
• Proven experience managing paid media across Google Ads and Meta.
• Strong understanding of search, social, landing pages, attribution and conversion optimisation.
• Experience managing significant media budgets and demonstrating commercial outcomes.
• Ability to connect marketing performance to revenue, bookings, patient acquisition and ROI.
• Strong analytical and commercial decision-making capability.
• Comfortable working across multiple brands, stakeholders and markets.
• Experience in healthcare, lead generation, services or multi-location businesses highly regarded.

Qualifications, Certificates and Licenses

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline preferred.
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.
• Google Analytics (GA4) certification preferred.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, attribution platforms and conversion tracking highly regarded.
