About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.

This is a hands-on paid media role focused on measurable growth — not just campaign coordination.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Paid media campaign management
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Lead generation and customer acquisition
  • ROAS, CPA & CPL optimization
  • Conversion tracking and attribution
  • A/B testing and campaign scaling
  • Performance reporting and analytics

You’ll work closely with creative, content, sales, and marketing teams to turn advertising spend into qualified leads, customers, and revenue.

What You’ll Own

Paid Media Campaign Management

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • Other relevant paid channels
  • Manage campaigns focused on:
    • Lead generation
    • Customer acquisition
    • Sales and revenue
    • Brand growth
  • Develop and test audiences, messaging, creatives, and campaign structures
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and placements
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining performance efficiency

Campaign Optimization & Growth

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize accounts regularly
  • Improve:
    • ROAS
    • CPA
    • CPL
    • CTR
    • Conversion rates
  • Run A/B tests across:
    • Ad creatives
    • Copy and messaging
    • Audiences
    • Landing pages
    • Offers
    • Bidding strategies

Analytics, Attribution & Conversion Tracking

  • Track campaign performance using:
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Tag Manager

  • Monitor key metrics including:
    • CTR
    • CPC
    • CPL
    • CPA
    • ROAS
    • Conversion rate
  • Maintain accurate conversion tracking and attribution
  • Analyze funnel performance from ad click through conversion
  • Identify trends and opportunities through campaign data

Reporting & Performance Insights

  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Monitor budget utilization and campaign efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns
  • Communicate performance trends and recommendations to stakeholders

Funnel & Conversion Optimization

  • Understand the full customer acquisition journey from impression to conversion
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
  • Support landing page and conversion rate optimization initiatives
  • Identify funnel drop-offs and recommend improvements
  • Ensure paid campaigns align with revenue and business growth objectives

Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with designers and content teams on new advertising assets
  • Provide data-backed feedback on:
    • Ad creative
    • Copy
    • Offers
    • Landing pages
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand lead quality and downstream conversion
  • Help align paid acquisition with broader marketing initiatives

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing or paid media experience
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of:
    • PPC
    • Paid acquisition
    • Conversion tracking
    • Attribution
    • Funnel optimization
    • Audience targeting
  • Experience with:
    • Google Analytics

From there, you’ll optimize budgets and bids, pause underperforming ads, scale winning campaigns, analyze audience performance, and launch new tests.

Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with creative teams on new ad concepts, review landing-page performance, troubleshoot tracking issues, and analyze lead or revenue quality with sales and marketing teams.
