In unserer Vitos Kinder- und Jugendklinik für psychische Gesundheit Kassel behandeln wir psychiatrische Erkrankungen von jungen Menschen. Psychiater und Psychotherapeuten, Pflegefachkräfte, Ergo- und Bewegungstherapeuten betreuen die Patientinnen und Patienten und arbeiten Hand in Hand. Jetzt fehlst noch Du ab sofort in unserem Team!
Stellenbeschreibung
- Du unterstützt die Patientinnen und Patienten bei der Entwicklung und dem Erreichen ihrer Behandlungsziele
- Die Bezugspflege mit Einzelgesprächen und die Leitung von Gruppen gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Auf Basis des therapeutischen Konzepts setzt Du pflegerische Maßnahmen um
- Du bist Ansprechpartner/-in für die Patientinnen und Patienten, ebenso für Angehörige
Qualifikationen
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/-in, als Krankenschwester/Krankenpfleger oder als Altenpfleger/-in
- Du hast Interesse im 3-Schicht-System mit psychisch kranken Menschen zu arbeiten
- Du hast einen fachlich professionellen und bedürfnisorientierten Umgang mit den Patientinnen und Patienten sowie deren Angehörigen
