Brindar soporte al área de Calidad de Proveedores (Supplier Quality Assurance) mediante la inspección y liberación de componentes, análisis de fallas, actualización de documentación de calidad y seguimiento a acciones correctivas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad de la empresa y de los clientes.

Principales actividades
  • Apoyar en la liberación de lotes de materiales provenientes de proveedores conforme al procedimiento de Skip Lot.
  • Realizar la inspección y medición de componentes utilizando equipos e instrumentos de medición.
  • Actualizar los Planes de Control de los números de parte cuando sea requerido.
  • Analizar fallas y no conformidades detectadas en componentes reportadas por el personal de producción (UAP).
  • Coordinar acciones de contención para evitar afectaciones o paros de línea.
  • Brindar soporte al área de Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) en la gestión y seguimiento de reclamaciones a proveedores.
  • Participar en investigaciones de causa raíz e implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores relacionados con el desempeño de proveedores y la calidad de los componentes.
  • Colaborar en proyectos de mejora continua enfocados en la reducción de defectos y el fortalecimiento de los procesos de calidad.
