Principal Engineer

Join Amadeus in shaping cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions that enhance enterprise customer experiences. In this role, you’ll work with talented teams, contribute to end-to-end architecture, and help drive our digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you’ll:

• Design CRM solutions that meet business needs and ensure scalability and security.

• Define technical architecture, including data models, integration, and security design.

• Facilitate solution design sessions and ensure alignment between technical and business goals.

• Implement CRM capabilities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Insights, Field Service) and SAP CRM.

• Configure entities and security in Microsoft Dataverse, and develop solutions with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Design integrations using Microsoft Azure services and APIs.

• Integrate SAP CRM with SAP ERP systems, including ECC and S/4HANA, leveraging CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), BTP (Business Technology Platform), and Integration Suite.

Your Profile

We welcome professionals eager to make a difference in the digital experience space. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Hands-on experience with both Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and SAP CRM ecosystems.

• Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure Active Directory, Azure Logic Apps, and other Azure tools.

• Understanding of SAP technologies, including integration with core ERP systems.

• Practical experience designing scalable CRM architecture and integrations.

• Experience working in collaborative environments, engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with modern development practices and willingness to learn emerging technologies.

(Extensive experience in CRM solution architecture is expected, typically gained over 10+ years, but equivalent capability from diverse paths is welcome.)
