Principal Functional Architect

About the Role
As a Principal Functional Architect, you will work closely with key customers to help them achieve the full value of Amadeus solutions. Your focus will be on enabling successful solution adoption, ensuring ongoing engagement, and supporting account growth in a collaborative, customer-focused way.

In this role, you'll:

• Partner with customers to understand their goals and build tailored success plans.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and excellent customer experience.

• Monitor adoption and performance metrics, sharing actionable insights and solutions.

• Conduct regular business reviews to discuss progress, outcomes, and enhancement opportunities.

• Provide support in addressing technical issues by coordinating with subject matter experts.

• Engage proactively with customers post-implementation to drive continued value.

• Support renewal planning and identify opportunities for additional solutions that benefit customer goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of technology solutions and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

• Experience in customer relationship management or similar roles.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving positive outcomes for customers.

• Proficient in Mandarin and English communication
