Process Improvement Specialist

Summary of the role:

The Process Improvement Senior Specialist is responsible for driving operational excellence across Customer Operations by analysing end‑to‑end processes, identifying inefficiencies, and defining improvements that enhance productivity and service quality. The role leads the design and implementation of optimized workflows, leveraging data, automation, and best practices to simplify operations and strengthen consistency. It works closely with cross‑functional teams to address structural pain points, support change adoption, and ensure processes remain scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The specialist also contributes to establishing governance frameworks and fostering a continuous‑improvement mindset across the organization.

 

In this role you will:

  • Lead process efficiency projects end-to-end from need identification  to problem definition to solution deployment and change management with operational teams.                 
  • Actively contributes to strategic Customer Operations projects, advising projects leads and supporting the establishment of robust processes.                                                               
  • Contribute to process governance, documentation standards, and continuous‑improvement practices.       
  • Lead customer experience initiatives to ensure effective survey execution, stakeholder alignment, insight communication, and action plan delivery.               

About ideal candidate:

  • Proven track record in leading business process transformation projects using process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies
  • Update
  • min. 5 years in a service improvement and customer experience management environment
  • fluent English
  • Expertise in process modelling, workflow design, and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)                                                             
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Ability to translate operational issues into structured, actionable solutions
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence without authority
