About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager to own cross-border payments end-to-end - strategy, roadmap, execution, and iteration. This is a hands-on PM role: you write PRDs, run sprints, dig into data, and ship. You need to understand how money moves internationally - FX, settlement, compliance rails and be comfortable using AI to push product capabilities forward. What You’ll Do • Own product vision, roadmap, and OKRs for cross-border payments • Write PRDs, define acceptance criteria, run sprint planning, and own delivery from spec through launch and post-launch monitoring • Partner with engineering on system design—payment orchestration, FX engine, ledger, reconciliation, API contracts • Drive customer research: interviews, usability tests, funnel analysis, side-by-side sessions with support teams • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk to ship products that meet regulatory requirements across jurisdictions while keeping friction low • Identify where AI/ML creates real product leverage (routing, fraud, pricing, ops automation) • Competitive benchmarking across the cross-border landscape to inform roadmap and positioning Must Have • 6+ years in product management with a track record of shipping at scale • 3–4+ years in FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services; direct exposure to cross-border money movement, FX, or remittances strongly preferred • Solid understanding of payment systems: payment processors, FX engines, settlement mechanics, SWIFT/local rails, reconciliation • Hands-on with PRDs, sprints, and working directly with engineering in an agile setup • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC, sanctions screening, licensing) in cross-border context • Clear communicator who can write a spec, present to leadership, and align cross-functional teams Good to Have • Shipped or contributed to products leveraging AI/ML (intelligent routing, risk scoring, dynamic pricing, LLM-based ops automation) • Corridor-level understanding-why US→India behaves differently from UK→Nigeria (liquidity, partner rails, settlement windows) • Design sensibility—can critique a wireframe and push back when UX doesn’t serve the user • Technical fluency—can read an API spec, discuss schema trade-offs, understand event-driven architectures Why join us? ● A collaborative output driven program that brings cohesiveness across businesses through technology ● Improve the average revenue per use by increasing the cross-sell opportunities ● A solid 360 feedback from your peer teams on your support of their goals ● Respect, that is earned, not demanded from your peers and manager Compensation:  If you are the right fit, we believe in creating wealth for you With enviable 500 mn+ registered users, 17 mn+ merchants and depth of data in our ecosystem, we are in a unique position to democratize credit for deserving consumers & merchants - and we are committed to it.
