Principal Accountabilities:

· Executive Support & Prioritization Manage senior leaders’ schedules, inboxes, and priorities to ensure focus on high-impact marketing initiatives and strategic goals. · Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a liaison across marketing, sales, product, agencies, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of campaigns and projects. · Project & Program Management Support Track key deliverables, timelines, budgets, and milestones for marketing initiatives (e.g., launches, events, campaigns), flagging risks and driving follow-ups. · Meeting & Communications Management Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials; capture action items; ensure consistent and effective communication across stakeholders. ·

· Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement Continually improve workflows, tools, and administrative processes to increase team productivity and scalability. · Marcom activity, manage the marcom activity across the region to boost the awareness of EP and Renesas Image. · Event & Logistics Management Coordinate internal and external marketing events, offsites, executive travel, and customer engagements. · Confidentiality & Stakeholder Trust Handle sensitive information with discretion while building trusted relationships with executives, partners, and external vendors.

Key Performance Measures:

· Optimize executive calendar and priorities to maximize time on strategic work · Ensure marketing projects, campaigns, and deliverables are completed on time · Coordinate effectively across teams (marketing, sales, product, agencies) · Maintain efficient operations and improve administrative processes · Deliver well-organized, productive meetings with clear follow-ups · Execute events, travel, and logistics smoothly and within budget · Manage expenses and budgets with accuracy, compliance, and cost control · Support people management activities (onboarding, team processes, engagement) · Produce high-quality, error-free presentations and communications · Maintain strict confidentiality and build strong stakeholder trust

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

(Must-have)

• Fluent in ENGLISH and JAPANESE written and Spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills l Ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and logistics
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills 
• High attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables l Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams 
• Experience with budget tracking, expense management, and vendor coordination l
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality

(Nice-have)

• Understanding of marketing functions (campaigns, product marketing, events, digital channels)

Qualifications:

• Degree from business school · 3–8 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative role
• Experience supporting senior leaders (Director/VP level or above)
• Bachelor's Degree or Masters degree will nice
