Product Specialist, Custom Content

The Creative team provides customers with original, relevant, and contemporary visuals. Through an industry-unique combination of consumer research, proprietary data, and three decades of trend reporting experience, the team delivers actionable insights that guide customers to the visual content that connects with consumers. Closely collaborating with our contributor base of photographers, videographers, and illustrators around the world, the team develops market leading, authentic, and differentiated content.  The Role: Product Specialist liaises with clients to support strategic pre- and post-sales conversations around our Custom Content product for customers in Asia-Pacific. Who You Are: You are results-focused and organized, with expert attention to detail, and excellent communications skills. You have a passion for visual content and how it’s used to tell stories.   You love working with clients to manage expectations and solve problems, whether it’s discussing specific, objective metrics or subjective creative concepts. You like a challenge and get a great sense of accomplishment when you build brand new clients into happy, repeat customers.
