About this role

At Weave, we are champions of healthcare practices. They’re the lifeblood of our economy, our communities and our neighborhoods. What we do every day supports what they do every day. With our industry-leading AI-powered platform, we are revolutionizing how healthcare practices everywhere create better experiences for their staff and patients.

We’re looking for a Production Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment and takes pride in precision, consistency, and craft. This role is essential to scaling our marketing efforts—turning strong, on-brand creative into a wide range of polished assets across channels.

You’ll partner closely with our internal design team, who will define the creative direction and core concepts. From there, you’ll bring those ideas to life at scale—producing variations, adapting designs for different formats, and ensuring every asset meets our brand standards.

This is a great role for a designer who loves the doing side of design: building, iterating, refining, and delivering high volumes of high-quality work.

  • This position will be fully remote Mexico based

  • This position reports to Senior Director of Creative

What You Will Own

  • Take approved, on-brand templates and produce high volumes of design variations across multiple channels

  • Adapt creative for demand generation campaigns and our partner program, including digital ads, landing page visuals, email graphics, and paid and organic social assets

  • Create and update slide presentations, sales decks, and internal materials

  • Support monthly promotions, events, and trade shows with consistent, high-quality assets

  • Resize, localize, and version designs for different platforms and formats

  • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, typography, and visual systems

  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery

  • Use tools and workflows (including AI-assisted tools where appropriate) to increase speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, production design, or a similar role

  • Strong proficiency in Figma (required) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

  • A solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy

  • Experience with production design work—especially resizing, versioning, and asset adaptation

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution

  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with AI design tools (or a willingness to learn and adopt them)

  • Strong organizational skills and file management discipline

What Will Make Us Love You

  • Experience supporting demand generation or performance marketing teams

  • Comfort working within established design systems and templates

  • Experience creating assets for events, trade shows, or B2B marketing

  • A mindset focused on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement
