Production Designer

What is your mission?

We are looking for a Production Designer to produce high-quality digital and print marketing assets while adapting creative campaigns into production-ready deliverables. This role is responsible for graphic design, print production, digital marketing creatives, campaign adaptation, print mechanicals, photo retouching, brand consistency, creative collaboration, and production design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Adapt existing creative campaigns into production-ready digital and print marketing materials.
• Create and version integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
• Design paid social media advertisements, display advertisements, email graphics, website assets, posters, banners, and in-club marketing materials.
• Develop accurate print mechanicals and prepare print-ready files for production.
• Retouch photography, perform image compositing, and optimize creative assets for multiple marketing channels.
• Coordinate with print vendors to ensure artwork meets production specifications when required.
• Maintain consistency with established brand standards across all creative deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Marketing Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the creative process.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, file organization, and production efficiency.
• Perform other graphic design and creative production responsibilities as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Experience in a Junior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or Production Designer role.
• Hands-on experience creating posters, banners, print materials, and print mechanicals.
• Experience producing digital and print marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
• Experience managing multiple creative projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work is required.
• Available to start as soon as possible is highly preferred.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics is an advantage.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software is an advantage.
• Experience in photography retouching and image compositing is preferred.
• Experience using Figma is preferred.
• Experience supporting fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Experience working with established brand systems is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
