Overview

Job Summary

Manage the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of compensation programs including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and compensation analytics and metrics. Design and implement compensation programs, policies and procedures that are competitive, locally compliant and equitable. Partner with management, recruiting and HR partners to assess labor market trends, competitive practices and determine pay recommendations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global statutory, country, federal, state and provincial legislation that impacts or influences compensation programs, policies and design.

Responsibilities

• Inform compensation design and implement and administer compensation programs, practices and policies to ensure competitive designs aligned with the short and long-term goals and objectives to support and reinforce a pay for performance culture.• Manage and maintain a compensation infrastructure including: job description, job titles, job functions/subfunctions, job codes, pay structures, compensation guidelines to support new hire offers, promotions, integrity of compensation administration and documentation.• Lead the semi-annual and annual compensation processes including merit increases and incentive compensation plans• Work with finance and accounting to understand impact of compensation plan design and levels on the financial metrics of the business• Lead the completion and analysis of salary survey submission and data refresh processes. conduct benchmarking, market, and internal equity analysis.• Provides expert counsel to HR and Business leadership on compensation issues related to company pay structures, pay change recommendations, new hire offers, wage and hour regulations, policy/procedure interpretation, incentive programs, etc. to support the operations of a global business• Develop and implement compensation communications, plan documents and reporting analytics.• Support M&A integration and due diligence – review pay levels/designs, job slotting, incentive plan design, etc.• Support the executive compensation process (modeling and analyses)• Other duties and special projects as may be assigned

Qualifications

Education – Minimum Requirements• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, Masters Preferred

Experience – Minimum Requirements• 10 years of related experience in a Compensation Leader Role
