Rowan is looking for a Recruiter to support our hiring and growth initiatives, ensuring an exceptional employee experience! Reporting directly to Senior Director, HR, this position will serve as one of the primary recruiters supporting the hiring of our Rowan Nurses and will support the full recruitment life cycle.  The Recruiter  will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent for Rowan. The Recruiter will work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure all future and current employees at Rowan have the best experience possible.
