Regional Marketing Manager for Automotive MCU -GC

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional Marketing Manager to drive the growth of NXP's Automotive MCU business in Greater China.

This role is responsible for developing and executing regional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, driving design-win growth, expanding market share across key automotive segments, and influencing product roadmap decisions through deep customer and market insights.

The successful candidate will work closely with OEMs, Tier1s, Ecosystem Partners, Distributors, Product Line, Business Line, Sales, FAE, Application Engineering, and Software teams to accelerate adoption of NXP's Automotive MCU portfolios.

Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy & Business Growth

·       Define and execute Greater China GTM strategies for Automotive MCU products.

·       Identify growth opportunities across different applications.

·       Develop annual regional business plans aligned with global AMCU strategy.

·       Drive revenue growth, design wins, market share expansion and customer engagement.

Customer & Ecosystem Engagement

• Build trusted relationships with key automotive OEMs, Tier1s and ecosystem partners.

Act as the market-facing representative for Auto MCU solutions in Greater China. Lead executive-level and technical engagements with strategic customers. Support key account strategies and competitive displacement initiatives.

Product Positioning & Solution Marketing

• Develop compelling customer value propositions and differentiated messaging.

Position NXP Auto MCU solutions against major competitors including both global and China local competitors.  

Market Intelligence & Product Strategy

• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics.

Analyze the trends and China requirements of SDV/AIDV, EEA, Electrification and SW Ecosystem, etc. Gather VOC (Voice of Customer) insights. Influence product roadmap, software requirements and ecosystem investments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.

Work experience 5+ years in Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, FAE/CAS or Sales. Deep experience in semiconductor or automotive electronics industry, familiar with automotive industry and ecosystem. Demonstrated success influencing automotive OEM and Tier1 design decisions. A strategic thinker who combines technical expertise, marketing savvy, and business insight. An inspiring communicator, able to engage both technical and business audiences. Self-motivated, collaborative, and decisive. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and executive communication skills.
