Responsibilities

🌈 What You’ll Do

• Assist therapists with routine daily treatments and patient transportation.  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Support supply management, including receiving, inventorying, and preparing monthly orders. 
• Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, copying, and message-taking. 
• Collaborate with a team of caring professionals dedicated to patient wellbeing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related work experience
• Strong skills in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail
• Self‑driven, dependable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced care environment
• A team-first mindset—collaborative, supportive, and open to growth
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification (must be maintained)

💪 Physical & Sensory Requirements

This role involves activities such as walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 34 lbs, and maintaining balance—all essential to supporting patient care and clinic operations.
